The tensioner has a pin in it to hold it in the compressed position until the very last part of the install.
The swivel pulley assembly is next. It consists of ; the pulley and arm, a metal bushing and a bolt. The metal bushing has a flange on one end. That flange goes against the water pump housing. This spaces the swivel pulley out to the correct distance.  ** Note:  I slid the lower crank pulley on backwars, by hand, ... just for this photo shoot. I didn't want to fight hammering it on and pulling it off. You do not have to remove this pulley for this upgrade!! .... This is a new block assembly, .. which does not come with the lower pulley.
