This is Jesse, he owns a Honda Civic SI, he will be doing 90% of this installation. We will be doing a custom turbo kit for his car very soon, so he is excited to get some experiance on this PT installation. He is preparing to drop the fuel tank. I'll assist him. Many have told me that they didn't think they could do this kind of job. ...I asked Jess if he would do the job for me! I will be Jesse's helper, he will install the kit!
Jess has NEVER worked on any PT engine. I have decided to have him do the install, just like it was his own car. I am watching closely and I am doing some of the easy stuff, he is doing the rest, .. by the kit instructions. He will be working out the problems. The coolant bottle is removed and a new one will be installed in a different location. Hey! ... I can do that!

The PT was almost empty of fuel when I got it, that makes it easy to handle. We let it down by hand onto the creeper so we didn't drag it on the concrete.

Two things are done with the tank out. Install a fitting in the fuel pump module for the new return line and mount the aux. fuel pump to the tank.

The vapor canister is what Jess is removing. The fuel pump is mounted to this metal bracket. While off, four holes are drilled in the bracket for the pump.
The green ring locks in the fuel pump module. The module is removed and a fitting installed for the fuel return line from the fuel pres regulator up front.
