| I got tired of fighting these springs, ... so I built an assembly bench to make the job go quicker and easier. I build robots for a living, so this was not a difficult task. Figuring out how to make it so many different types of heads would fit and adjustable enough as well, ... was the key. |

| The over arm glides along the double rails on delrin slides. The air cylinder has a 2.5" piston and can procuce 500 pounds of force from shop air. The thing is like a big LEGO or Constructs set-up, it just snaps together! I designed the thing on Mechanical Desktop, (AutoCads 3D design studio) and just cut the pieces out and screwed it together. |

| Different size cups can be made to fit up in the air cylinder shaft, depending on the application. |
